Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager at LINKVIVA, you will oversee the management, delivery, and profitability of assigned projects. This includes managing all aspects of events, from content and programming to resource management and meeting KPIs. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, lead project teams, and ensure successful project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting KPIs, managing revenue streams, and maintaining project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from pitch to post-event wrap-up.
  • Manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Create, update, and share project plans and status reports.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage project teams.
  • Set and meet appropriate KPIs for projects.
  • Enhance participant experience throughout the project.
  • Identify and manage revenue streams and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Own the overall project budget and ensure accurate tracking of costs and revenues.
  • Close the project after delivery, including final budget reconciliation and post-event reports.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of event management experience, preferably with large-scale events.
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing, sponsorship, and project budgeting.
  • Familiarity with event production, operations, and logistics.
  • Previous experience with festivals, F&B and retail activations, brand creation, or content curation is a plus.
