Job Description:
As an Implementation Manager, you will lead technical solution implementations for clients, focusing on delivering digital capabilities to enhance customer experiences. You will engage in end-to-end client engagements, build strong relationships, and provide subject matter expertise across diverse payments topics. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholders, documenting processes, and ensuring program success.

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 8 years experience in implementation project deliveries
  • At least 3 years experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on large-scale implementations
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and commercial drivers
  • Technical competence and familiarity with Agile environments
  • Ability to present to stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience in consumer banking, finance, or payments is desirable
