Job Description:
Join our Human Capital team in Kuala Lumpur as a Talent Management Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by fully leveraging the skills and talents of all our people. You'll work closely with business leaders to identify key talents, develop talent management strategies, and create an internal bench of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end talent management lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders to identify key talents and develop talent management strategies.
- Maintain a database of talent information and oversee strategies to accelerate the development of key talents.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of talent development programs aligned with long-term business strategies.
- Coordinate with other HR teams to develop talent management programs, systems, and processes.
- Develop field HR capability in talent management and development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in human capital in the talent and/or learning and development space.
- Ability to coordinate people and resources effectively.
- Establish trust and a reputation for discretion, sound judgment, and advice.
- Capacity to initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership.
- Critical and creative thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including persuasive negotiation skills.
