Job Description & Summary:

Join our People and Organisation services team in Kuala Lumpur as a Manager in Workforce Management. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. You'll focus on evaluating and managing unique challenges to help clients maximize their return on investment in human capital. Key areas of expertise include strategic workforce planning, people analytics, HR operating models, HR service delivery, employee experience, and HR policy & processes review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients' strategic people agenda by providing specialist advice to enhance the value of internal HR functions.
  • Advise on strategic workforce planning, people analytics, HR operating models, HR service delivery, employee experience, and HR policy & processes review.
  • Work with clients to align HR capabilities and structure with business strategy.
  • Leverage insights and data to drive decisions on people and organization requirements.
  • Explore different service delivery models and leverage technology and automation to drive smart and intuitive people practices.
  • Develop HR practices that engage the mindset and behaviors of the workforce using design thinking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in human capital within talent and/or learning and development space.
  • Ability to coordinate people and resources effectively.
  • Establish trust and a reputation for discretion, sound judgment, and advice.
  • Capacity to initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership.
  • Critical and creative thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including persuasive negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.
  • Government clearance may be required.
