Job Description:
- Analyze customer's needs and business processes to design business solutions with detailed requirements.
- Accompany customers throughout the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to formalize the technical specifications of the system.
- Work closely with Software Engineers to develop the system and conduct functional quality control for development.
- Deliver functional training to end users.
- Provide support to customers to ensure satisfaction with the new system/software.
- Assist the sales team during sales/pre-sales activities.
- Conduct internal testing on configuration/development before releasing them for UAT by business users.
- Control solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
- Produce Functional Specification & UAT plan, prepare test cases, and assist in user training and deployment preparation for end users.
- Define application problems by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures, and processes. Provide necessary troubleshooting and production support when issues arise.
- Ensure operation by training client personnel.
- Interact with Software Engineers to understand Odoo limitations.
- Assist Software Engineers during system development, e.g., provide use cases, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
- Document requirements or contribute to user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
- Ability to comprehend a detailed requirement list.
- Ability to create basic Use-Case Scenarios and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for a single functional process/department.
- Proficient in executing functional tests based on available test scripts and manipulating raw data for system import.
- Capable of creating guidebooks, training materials, and reproducing issues in the live system for documentation and reporting.
- Skilled in smoothly communicating with project managers and project teams, preparing presentation slides, and creating meeting minutes in English.
