Job Description: KidZania is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Point of Sales Team! We have openings for both Entry and Exit Team Members as well as Retail Team Members. As part of our team, you'll be integral in creating a fun-filled environment focused on excitement, education, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Entry and Exit Team Members:

    • Greet visitors and provide information about KidZania's experiences
    • Handle money transactions and assist guests with their purchases
    • Ensure guests have a solid understanding of the KidZania experience
    • Assist guests as they enter and exit the park

  • Retail Team Members:

    • Work in various retail shops within the park, including 7-11, Candy shop, PaZZport Rewards program center, and merchandise shop
    • Greet guests and assist them with their purchases
    • Manage inventory in assigned areas
    • Answer questions regarding the facility and programs

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas

  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned based on operational needs

Schedules/Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

  • Day shift (Primarily Weekends during the school year, or Weekdays during school Holidays)
  • Morning shift (Primarily Weekdays During Field Trips during the school year)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only

Pay Details: Starting Base Pay is based on prior experience, with the ability to earn raises as you excel with KidZania. Starting salary: $12.00/hour.
