Summary: Located within the Community Recreation Division of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department under Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), this role oversees the safe and efficient operation of the Airlanes Bowling Center & Grill, the sole bowling facility in the Keys, featuring 10 bowling lanes.

Duties:
- Supervisory responsibilities including assigning work, evaluating performance, and providing training.
- Leading federal civil service employees, assigned military personnel, non-federal workers, volunteers, and other personnel.
- Authorizing personnel actions and ensuring compliance with hiring practices.
- Administering and coordinating recreational programs and events.
- Providing oversight for the operation and maintenance of the Bowling Center.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handling point-of-sale transactions and inventory management.
- Promoting customer service awareness and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements.
- Valid State driver's license required.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Completion of background investigation and E-Verify employment verification.
Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level.
- Experience in customer service and/or activity-based functions.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of recreational programs and event planning.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Salary: $28 - $28 per hour
