Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including handling inquiries, mail, stock control, and meeting organization.
  • Maintain and manage school records, IT systems, and data entry.
  • Coordinate communication and administrative services within the school.
  • Manage office operations, including client reception and staff timetabling.
  • Undertake VASS and/or VET administration support.
  • Assist in delivering first aid to students as needed.
