Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including handling inquiries, mail, stock control, and meeting organization.
- Maintain and manage school records, IT systems, and data entry.
- Coordinate communication and administrative services within the school.
- Manage office operations, including client reception and staff timetabling.
- Undertake VASS and/or VET administration support.
- Assist in delivering first aid to students as needed.
