Job Description:

  1. Monitor and control the budget to ensure profitability and establish budget awareness within the department.
  2. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely payment according to contract terms.
  3. Lead the department team to achieve customer satisfaction within schedule and cost, while upholding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
  4. Represent the company and enhance relationships with clients and consultants to achieve business goals.
  5. Develop professional relationships with clients and actively expand the company's client base.
  6. Support and implement the company's mission, vision, and values to maintain its prominence.
  7. Stay updated on new technologies and products to improve department efficiency and stay ahead of competitors.
  8. Foster strong relationships with service departments to meet company targets.
  9. Assess team capabilities, identify training needs, and contribute to individual development.
  10. Conduct regular internal meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
  11. Plan and execute projects, including new installations.
  12. Conduct lift design reviews and coordinate with the design team.
  13. Plan and implement projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  14. Support invoicing upon delivery and work in progress.
  15. Assist the sales team with critical projects.
  16. Ensure deadlines are met for project handovers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 12-15 years of experience in the same field
  • Knowledge of engineering standards and codes of practice
  • Contract and commercial knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Team leadership abilities
  • Computer skills
  • Planning skills
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
