Job Description:
- Monitor and control the budget to ensure profitability and establish budget awareness within the department.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely payment according to contract terms.
- Lead the department team to achieve customer satisfaction within schedule and cost, while upholding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
- Represent the company and enhance relationships with clients and consultants to achieve business goals.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and actively expand the company's client base.
- Support and implement the company's mission, vision, and values to maintain its prominence.
- Stay updated on new technologies and products to improve department efficiency and stay ahead of competitors.
- Foster strong relationships with service departments to meet company targets.
- Assess team capabilities, identify training needs, and contribute to individual development.
- Conduct regular internal meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
- Plan and execute projects, including new installations.
- Conduct lift design reviews and coordinate with the design team.
- Plan and implement projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Support invoicing upon delivery and work in progress.
- Assist the sales team with critical projects.
- Ensure deadlines are met for project handovers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 12-15 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of engineering standards and codes of practice
- Contract and commercial knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Team leadership abilities
- Computer skills
- Planning skills
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
