Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a spokesperson for our organization
  • Advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Responding promptly and courteously to written and oral inquiries
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies and programs
  • Researching and preparing communications material
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
  • Arranging refunds and credits as necessary
  • Explaining the types and costs of services offered
  • Issuing receipts and other required forms accurately
  • Explaining procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  • Consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
