Job Description:

Juniper Networks is seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their technical skills in a company with a global presence. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and achieving high-quality network surveillance and performance for Juniper platforms in the customer's environment. You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing effective technical support and resolving complex connectivity issues.

Responsibilities:

·        Monitor network management systems (NMS) and respond accordingly to alerts and incidents.

·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to systems and networks.

·        Serve as the first level of support for Juniper Networks projects within the customer's environment.

·        Report abnormalities and network problems promptly.

·        Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.

·        Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

·        Collaborate with operational teams and other consultants to deliver industry-leading technical services.

·        Understand the customer's organizational structure and network implementation.

·        Adhere to established processes and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in IP network operations.

·        Experience with Juniper hardware/software is a plus.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong time management skills.

·        Fluency in English.

·        Ability to work under pressure and on 24/7 shifts.

Additional Position Requirements:

·        Nationality: Saudi.

·        Certification: JNCIA/CCNA.

·        On-site presence with the customer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
