Summary:
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support and maintenance services to clients across various industries. This role requires traveling to client sites, diagnosing and repairing equipment, providing training to end-users, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to deliver technical support and maintenance services.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment, addressing mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Install and configure new equipment and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Role Type:

Pay Rate:
$30 AUD - $35 AUD (per hour)
