Responsibilities
As a Sous-Chef, you'll play a vital role in the kitchen by:
- Supervising chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
- Planning menus and maintaining quality standards.
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or specialty Mexican dishes.
- Training staff in cooking techniques and food handling.
- Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.
- Managing records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: High school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3-5 years in the culinary field
- Cuisine Specialty: Mexican
- Workplace: On-site; no remote work option
