Sharetea BC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to support daily operations and coordinate a variety of office activities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other organizational events.
  • Managing HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
  • Organizing daily office operations and determining procedures.
  • Overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Managing employee data and payroll administration.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the right departments.
  • Proofreading and preparing correspondence, forms, and documents.
  • Performing data entry and assisting with coaching tasks.

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar administrative role
  • Workplace: On-site (no remote work available)
