About the Role:
Sharetea BC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to support daily operations and coordinate a variety of office activities in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other organizational events.
- Managing HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
- Organizing daily office operations and determining procedures.
- Overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Managing employee data and payroll administration.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the right departments.
- Proofreading and preparing correspondence, forms, and documents.
- Performing data entry and assisting with coaching tasks.
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar administrative role
- Workplace: On-site (no remote work available)
