Job Description:
Overview:
Action Hydraulics Limited is seeking a Non-technical Project Manager to oversee our administrative operations and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in management and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations
- Delegate work to office support staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations that may arise during project execution
- Commission systems and components according to project requirements
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications as needed
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and project implementation
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout project lifecycles
- Determine scheduling of production activities to optimize efficiency
