Overview:
UVLand Consulting Corp. is currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Site Managers for our construction projects in Surrey, BC. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Languages: English

Education:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Site Environment:

  • Outdoors

Work Setting:

  • Residential construction
  • Commercial and/or industrial construction

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Select trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Prepare reports

Supervision:

  • 3-4 people
