Overview: Bobby Burrito & Taco is looking for Food Service Supervisors to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring quality service and food preparation. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive wages and opportunities for growth.

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Supervision: 3-4 people (Food service counter attendants and food preparers)
