Responsibilities:

  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labor cost
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and address customer complaints or concerns

  • Serving It Right Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
