Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper at Company you play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' accommodations. Your attention to detail and dedication contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:

·        Engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction

·        Working collaboratively with the team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness

·        Stocking and organizing work carts efficiently

·        Ensuring proper utilization of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities

·        Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing assigned guest areas

·        Changing and inspecting linens and towels daily, following established standards

·        Practicing safety standards and reporting any hazards or concerns

·        Respecting guests' property and exercising responsible care of equipment

·        Reporting to work on time and following schedules accurately

·        Remaining courteous and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times

·        Performing other duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor

Requirements:

·        High School diploma or equivalent preferred

·        4+ years of experience in housekeeping

·        Proficient in English (both writing and speaking)

·        Welcoming demeanor, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

·        Ability to work on feet for extended periods

·        Excellent communication and time management skills

·        Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25lbs
